The quote tool
The quote form collects gender, birth date, your assessment of your health, tobacco use, desired coverage limit and desired policy length. This information goes to the carriers' quoting system to fetch rates and is not retained by us. To view quotes, you do not provide name, address, phone or email. Identical requests may be cached momentarily to reduce redundant calls to the quoting platform.
Applying
When you choose to proceed to an application, your responses are fed to the carriers' application platform to prefill the form, and you continue under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages the application process.
The contact form
The message form asks for your name, email, an option for phone, your preferred reply method (email or phone), message category and the message itself. Messages go directly to the agency by email; your email serves as the reply-to address. We don't keep site copies, maintain a database of submissions or log message text. An anti-spam mechanism runs client-side just before transmission.
Measurement
We use first-party, cookieless visitor counting from this domain. No cookies, persistent tracking, or browser identifiers are created; the last two octets of your IP are removed prior to logging; referring page query parameters are removed before storage; raw logs expire after three months. Visitors using Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control requests are completely excluded from measurement.
What we do not do
We never sell, share or use personal data; we never embed tracking pixels; we never use external analytics. The only outside script running here is the carriers' application form on the apply page, which runs only when you visit it.
